Any cancellation of Gem Stone order by customer after the placement of order but before receipt of Final invoice from us will attract cancellation charges of 10% of total estimated amount.
Any cancellation of Gem Stone order by customer after the final invoice sent by us will attract 25% cancellation charges of total invoice amount.
Interest will be charged at 2% per month for delay of payment of balance amount. The delay days will be counted from 10 days after we send the final invoice.
No cancellation or refund will be made once the goods have been shipped and the tracking number sent by us to the customer.
For Yantra Sale
Any cancellation of Yantra order by customer after the placement of order but before energizing will attract cancellation charges of 10% of total amount.
Any cancellation of Yantra order by customer after energizing will attract 25% cancellation charges of total amount.
No cancellation or refund will be made once the Yantra have been shipped and the tracking number sent by us to the customer.
For Astrology Services
Any cancellation of astrology services after the placement of confirmed order will attract cancellation of 10% of amount paid for the order.
Any cancellation after getting confirmation mail/ delivery date for the service will attract 25% of amount paid for the order.
No cancellation or refund will be made once the service is provided through e mail / telephone as per the order requirement.
