| Terms and Conditions of Cancellation of Purchase |
|
- Any cancellation of Gem Stone order by customer after the placement of order but before receipt of Final invoice from us will attract cancellation charges of 10% of total estimated amount.
- Any cancellation of Gem Stone order by customer after the final invoice sent by us will attract 25% cancellation charges of total invoice amount.
- Interest will be charged at 2% per month for delay of payment of balance amount. The delay days will be counted from 10 days after we send the final invoice.
- No cancellation or refund will be made once the goods have been shipped and the tracking number sent by us to the customer.
